Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creative engine that powers our paid media">
  • Lead ongoing research into pet parent needs, including review mining, Creative Strategy & Frameworks">
  • Develop SOPs from scratch for creative strategy: research, concepting, testing, and performance analysis">
  • Translate insights into a clear roadmap of creative angles, hooks, and concepts">
  • Ad Creative Leadership: own the creative direction across static ads, carousels, GIFs, short/long-form videos">
  • Review briefs and assign tasks to graphic designers & video editors; ensure every output is performance-focused, not just pretty">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid ads (D2C brand or agency background preferred)">
  • Proven track record of scaling ads across Meta, YouTube, or TikTok">
  • Strong understanding of direct response copywriting and creative frameworks">
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact them">
  • Dog parent – non-negotiable">
