Creative Strategist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Strategist with excellent copywriting skills to join our team. As a Creative Strategist, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing and executing creative marketing campaigns across mainline, digital and social media platforms that resonate with target audiences, build brand awareness, and achieve strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, and digital marketing experts, to develop and implement integrated campaigns that elevate our clients&apos brands and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Strategy Development: Research, analyze, and understand client objectives, target audiences, and industry trends to develop effective creative strategies that align with clients&apos marketing goals.
- Campaign Conceptualization: Brainstorm, ideate, and contribute to the development of innovative and engaging campaign/ concepts that deliver a strong brand message across various marketing channels.
- Copywriting Excellence: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, ad copies, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with the design and content teams to integrate copy with visual elements, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
- Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings, present campaign strategies and ideas, and proactively address client feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize market research, data analytics, and performance metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the agency&aposs creative capabilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-6 years) as a Creative Strategist or similar role within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Experience in working on and winning pitches.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting engaging, concise, and persuasive copy.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into effective marketing campaigns and assets.
- Experience with diverse marketing channels such as digital, social media, and print.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and clients.
- Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with production principles and softwares is a plus.
