
Salary Account Growth Specialist

Jupiter seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to spearhead corporate partnerships and drive the adoption of salary account offerings. This role is a unique blend of B2B acquisition, B2C engagement, and cross-selling that requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- This dynamic professional will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding medium and large enterprises for salary account partnerships.
- They will drive end-to-end sales cycles, from pitching Jupiter's offerings to corporates to signing agreements and employee onboarding.
- The successful candidate will conduct activation drives and organize engagement camps with corporates.
- They must build and maintain strong relationships with HR/finance decision-makers at corporates.
- As the primary relationship owner for employees of partner corporates, they will ensure smooth resolution of queries/issues.
- Cross-selling financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, and investment offerings to salary account holders is also key.
- Close collaboration with internal teams is required to ensure superior customer experience.
- Achieving monthly targets for corporate onboarding, account activations, and cross-sell is essential.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) with 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management in banking/fintech.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi are necessary.
- Proven ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships is vital.
- The ideal candidate can independently drive end-to-end sales closures.
- High ownership mindset and a solution-oriented approach are essential.
- Comfortable with on-ground engagement activities.
- Familiarity with financial products such as salary accounts, loans, and credit cards is beneficial.
Brownie points go to candidates with experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners, exposure to credit or payment products, and familiarity with predictive models and marketing automation.
