Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI professional to take on a pivotal role in shaping our products' user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring seamless visual and functional consistency across platforms.
  • Design and maintain scalable design systems, guaranteeing adaptability to evolving business needs and user feedback.
  • Conduct rigorous design reviews, upholding usability best practices throughout the design process.
  • Work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively managing time and meeting deadlines while delivering exceptional results.
  • Apply design principles to create visually stunning and user-centric products that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems, collaboration).
  • Strong experience in designing scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work from concept to final UI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration processes.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
