About the role

We're on a mission to find a kickass UX Specialist. We're talking creating user flows,

wireframes, and mock-ups, all the way to bringing that vision to life like a boss. You'll be in charge of

making sure the end user has an amazing experience with our products, so it helps scale our clients'

businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and deliver some fire UX for global projects with fresh new ideas
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Be the voice for the users, always pushing for user-centered design processes and bringing north

star visions based on user needs to life.

  • Lead the design team and presenting the final product to clients for feedback.

Must have

  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
  • A well-put-together design portfolio in Behance/Dribbble that showcases great UI quality and an

in-depth UX thought process.

  • An understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and advocate for your designs.
  • A self-motivated, problem-solver personality with a growth mindset.

Good to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Hunger for innovation, eager to challenge the status quo.
  • An interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability and adaptability.
