Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Design Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to lead the design function, drive creativity, and shape user experiences.

About the Role

  • Leverage your expertise to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers in creating world-class user experiences.
  • Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products and brand touchpoints.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements

  • Professional experience: 2–5 years in design, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working with agile environments.
