We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in building and maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin) for scalable testing solutions.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality across web, API, and integration layers with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Write feature files with clear, business-oriented scenarios and maintain reusable step definitions for efficient testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage for successful project delivery.
  • Implement and maintain Page Object Model (POM) for scalable and maintainable automation, ensuring clean code practices.
  • Build and extend core framework utilities such as wrappers, waits, retry mechanisms, and driver handling for improved testing efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to SOLID principles and OOP concepts in test automation frameworks, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Expertise:Core QA Automation Skills
  • Selenium WebDriver: Deep knowledge of WebDriver APIs, custom waits, element handling, and synchronization issues for efficient automation.
Framework & Layer-Specific Skills
  • Step Definitions: Designing high-level steps without mixing UI locator logic, ensuring modularity and reusability for effective testing.
  • Page Object Model (POM): Strong understanding of POM & Page Factory, writing maintainable locators and encapsulating UI interactions for seamless automation.
  • Core Framework (Wrappers, Waiters, Driver handling): Building wrapper methods around Selenium APIs, implementing custom waits, retry mechanisms, and driver utilities for streamlined testing.
Additional Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, UAT) for comprehensive quality assurance.
  • Experience in API testing using Postman/RestAssured for thorough product evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of test planning, test design, and defect management for efficient project delivery.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab for seamless automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for collaborative project management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field for strong technical foundation.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in automation testing for proven expertise.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch for innovative solutions.
