Job Title:

Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Define Inspection Standards: Establish clear criteria for quality judgment and inspection of products.
  2. Process Control: Oversee process control, driving continuous improvement of quality performance through rigorous testing and analysis.
  3. Quality Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to develop effective quality improvement actions and implement corrective measures.
  4. Customer Returns: Conduct thorough failure analysis (FA) and submit 8D reports for customer returns with efficient problem-solving strategies.
  5. Audit Management: Manage audits efficiently, ensuring timely closure of identified issues and implementing recommendations for quality enhancements.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
  3. Language: Native English speaker; proficiency in Chinese is an asset.
  4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SMT/PCBA processes, quality operations, and IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.
  5. Problem-Solving: Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
