Job Description:

We seek an experienced Senior Manual QA to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of product perspectives, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery.

The role plays a crucial part in our product development process, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

  • Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure thorough testing.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify defects.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements.
  • Analyse test results, provide feedback, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive process-oriented testing while maintaining agility and speed in execution.
  • Foster continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manual testing with a proven track record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with various testing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
