Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for leading quality initiatives to drive process maturity in a product/service environment.
This role requires a highly experienced professional with 5-10 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry, and a strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement metrics, analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions
- Manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices
- Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions
Requirements:
- Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments
- Good Knowledge and Experience in IT service management operations
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication
- Trained and Certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage
