Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a senior quality assurance automation engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on automation experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks, and familiarity with banking workflows supported by nCino.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Framework Design: Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Test Script Creation: Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with BAs, developers, and product owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • End-to-End Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including loan origination systems, credit memos, collateral, covenant tracking, deposit account openings, and workflow automation.
  • Validation: Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Test Coverage: Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Quality Metrics: Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Support: Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ Years of QA Experience: 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong Knowledge of Banking Workflows: Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (commercial lending, treasury, retail banking).
  • Hands-on Experience with Salesforce Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • API Testing Expertise: Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • CI/CD Tools Expertise: Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Data Validation: Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Agile Methodology Proficiency: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have:
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications (administrator, platform app builder, QA automation-focused).
  • nCino Certification: nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Cloud Platforms Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Performance Testing Tools Experience: Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree preferred but not required.
