Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations. As Head of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality management systems, as well as coordinating vendor qualification activities, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our quality processes. Your expertise in GMP compliance, quality risk management, and validation will be essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals to achieve excellence in quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control, with a focus on GMP compliance and validation.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ICH Q8, Q9, and Q10.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to improve quality processes.
