About the Role

The Client Success Associate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives, leading initiatives from onboarding to issue resolution, and handling multiple client implementations simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS client success and excellent change management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new client onboarding and implementations based on agreed requirements and standard operating processes.
  • Collaborate with product and integration teams to ensure seamless customization and integration.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for client administrators and users.
  • Resolve client queries and problems through effective communication and collaboration with specialist teams.
  • Assist in developing success plans for customers and monitoring their adoption of solution features.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree from a leading institute.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client success role for a B2B SaaS company and 5+ years of overall corporate experience.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to think creatively.
