Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil 3D BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex civil engineering projects from design to construction, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the BIM Manager in managing Civil 3D projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Work independently to make technical decisions for US, UK & Asia-specific projects, utilizing expertise in landscape, dry and wet utilities, grading, highway modeling, and plantation projects.
  • Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings using Civil 3D software.
  • Develop detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks and manholes as per IFC drawings.
  • Manage the BIM construction process from DD stage to As-Built stage, ensuring efficient project timelines.
  • Assist with estimation tasks and manage a small team of engineers.
  • Integrate iPad/AM data exchange and generate COBie data for seamless communication.
  • Maintain open communication with design teams and clients to actively solve problems and ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer, and Part-Builder.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing, linkage, and cleanup.
  • Familiarity with Design Review for collaboration with professional staff.
  • Expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and resolution.
  • Knowledge of submittals and Civil 3D workflows.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Team management capability with strong problem-solving skills.
