Job Title: Civil Project LeadUnited HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Civil Project Lead to oversee residential and commercial projects.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, planning, and execution. Key responsibilities include:
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Project Scheduling
  • Tracking Project Progress
  • Coordination with Different Stakeholders
  • Tender & Estimation Management
  • Contracts Management
  • Resource Allocation
  • Purchase/Procurement of Materials
  • Management Information System Preparations
  • Work Break-down Structure of Project Charter
  • MS Project & Primavera P6 Knowledge
  • Project Monitoring & Controlling

Responsibilities may also include budgeting, estimating works, and preparing MIS reports. A strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, is necessary for success in this role.

Candidates should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, ERP, and FIDIC knowledge is highly desirable.
