Customer Insights Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a customer insights professional who can help us understand our customers better.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analysing qualitative and quantitative research studies to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective survey instruments, execute surveys, and manage and analyse survey data.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience in using various research tools and techniques, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Research Insights:
  • Design, Conduct, and Analyse Research Studies: The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analysing qualitative and quantitative research studies to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Identify Customer Needs and Preferences: The Customer Insights Manager will identify customer needs and preferences through structured research and surveys.
  • Analyse Survey Data: The Customer Insights Manager will manage and analyse survey data to uncover meaningful trends and actionable insights.
Survey Design Execution:
  • Develop Effective Survey Instruments: The Customer Insights Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective survey instruments tailored to specific research goals.
  • Execute Surveys: The Customer Insights Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of surveys, ensuring high response rates and data integrity.
  • Manage and Analyse Survey Data: The Customer Insights Manager will manage and analyse survey data to uncover meaningful trends and actionable insights.
Data Management Reporting:
  • Maintain Accurate Records: The Customer Insights Manager will maintain accurate records of research data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare Detailed Reports: The Customer Insights Manager will prepare detailed research reports highlighting critical insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
