Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business research professional to drive strategic growth through expert analysis and advisory services.

  • Develop compelling proposals that highlight winning solutions for client challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, presentations, and feedback sessions.
  • Lead the creation of industry and capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • Mentor and train a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates in techno-commercial research & advisory services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical and material science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting engagements.
  • Strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions.
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, business analysis, technology analysis, competitor intelligence, management frameworks, advanced MS Office, forecasting, and business writing.

Working Style:

  • Self-organized, planned, matured, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of recent industry happenings and challenge areas for chemicals and natural resource industries.
  • Awareness of latest trends such as sustainability, biomaterials, carbon neutrality, resource optimization, circular economy, and digitization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling teams of qualified professionals.
  • Knowledge of primary research techniques and ability to train team members.
