Chief Research Strategist

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Executive to lead our research projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and implementing research projects, ensuring timely updates to senior members, acting as the primary client contact for logistics, overseeing deliverables and tasks, and running projects within budget.
• As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for conducting research activities independently, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, conducting pilot interviews, facilitating client meetings, leading brainstorming sessions, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Initiating client relationships and driving business growth through marketing activities is also a key aspect of this role. You will arrange meetings, draft client-focused proposals, and recognize potential business opportunities.
• Providing effective coaching to RA and RE colleagues, on-the-job feedback, guiding workload planning for effective project management, and leading teams to foster strong teamwork are essential skills required for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong degree in any subject or professional qualification is necessary for this role.
• 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organization is required.
• 2 years' experience in research-based project support role is also necessary.
• 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential for this position.
• Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
• The ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts is a valuable skill.
• Solid project management skills and strong communication skills are also essential for this role.
• Basic coaching skills and computer proficiency – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are necessary requirements.
