We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to manage our technology infrastructure and lead strategic initiatives.

• Oversee the daily operations of our IT systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers to maintain network security and integrity.
• Manage server infrastructure, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization to support business growth.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware) to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce data backup, recovery, and security protocols to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
• Promote IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards to minimize exposure and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide expert support for network infrastructure to facilitate seamless connectivity across the organization.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative IT solutions that drive business success.

• Strong hands-on experience in IT system management and administration.
• Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
• Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
