Biology Researcher - AI Model Evaluator

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher with expertise in biology to evaluate the reasoning capabilities of large language models (LLMs). Your role will involve creating biological problems, analyzing model responses, and identifying gaps in logic or understanding.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the advancement of AI systems by leveraging your knowledge of biology and research skills. You will work independently and collaboratively with our team to refine AI models and ensure their accuracy and reliability.

As a Biology Researcher, your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the logical soundness of researchers' claims about biological processes and mechanisms.
• Reviewing students' proposed strategies for studying plant stress genes, including CRISPR knockouts, qPCR for expression analysis, and phenotypic observation under drought.
• Providing clear, constructive feedback on research methodologies and approaches.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A PhD or Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
