Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the legal department, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and negotiate IT contracts pertaining to the Americas region
- Work closely with procurement, business, and delivery functions to ensure contract closure
- Coordinate with other legal team members to achieve project goals
- Prepare monthly reports on transactional activities
- 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation and review
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
