Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Draft and review contracts using designated tools:
    • Ensure accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders:
    • Gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
    • Proactively secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions.
  • Maintain clear communication:
    • Regularly follow up with requesters and stakeholders to track contract progress.
    • Obtain pending inputs and ensure timely action throughout the process.
  • Manage contract lifecycle:
    • Maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status and key milestones.
    • Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree is required.
  • Relevant contract / legal experience is preferred.
  • Strong legal drafting, stakeholder management, contract lifecycle understanding, communication, and tool proficiency skills are required.
