Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic proposals that drive business growth.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in federal government contracting, RFP/RFQ/RFI management, and bid management.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US Federal government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development: Develop high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and showcase the company's capabilities.

RFP/RFQ/RFI Management: Manage the entire RFP/RFQ/RFI process, from bid solicitation to proposal submission.

Bid Management: Lead the bid management process, ensuring timely and effective responses to RFPs and other presales activities.

Capture Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in sales and marketing.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop account-specific sales plans and implement strategies to penetrate new markets.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales and proposal writing, preferably in the IT services or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US Federal government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to prepare compelling proposals and marketing collateral.
