Senior IT Proposal Specialist

Are you a seasoned proposal expert seeking to leverage your expertise in the development of comprehensive IT solutions for U.S. federal government contracts? We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Proposal Specialist to drive the creation and submission of high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Develop and manage complex IT proposal submissions, focusing on projects such as cloud migrations, software solutions, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify win themes, and craft compelling proposal sections that showcase our clients' unique value propositions.
  • Manage multiple proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools, ensuring timely submissions that meet the expectations of our clients.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, emphasizing clarity, persuasiveness, and adherence to federal standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain compliance matrices, technical diagrams, and content libraries to support the development of future proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the IT industry, federal acquisition regulations, and agency-specific requirements to enhance proposal strategies and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT proposal management and writing for U.S. federal projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes, IT compliance standards, and project management methodologies.

Proficiency in various tools is essential:

  • Microsoft Office Suite for proposal drafting and technical diagramming.
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro for document editing and compliance.
  • SharePoint or Google Workspace for team collaboration.
  • Proposal software for managing IT proposal workflows.
  • Project management tools for tracking IT project bids.
