Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to drive business growth through strategic financial decision-making.

  • This role will be instrumental in driving business outcomes, creating efficiencies through optimizations, and delivering accurate financial insights.

The ideal candidate is a qualified professional with strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives including cost optimization and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Presentation of actionable insights to leadership to influence business decisions.
  • Contribute to long-term financial strategy development and business planning.
  • Participation in strategic planning discussions with executive management.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical & Analytical:
  • Certified professional with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and statements.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
Soft Skills & Business Acumen:
  • Effective communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving clarity.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to SaaS companies.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Prior involvement in margin improvement or cost optimization initiatives.
  • Prior experience in identification of and driving automation initiatives.
