Senior Software Architect

As we expand our AI-powered RCM automation, we're seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to partner with our architect and developers to accelerate delivery of next-generation workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead the charge in developing innovative AI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale software systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI & Workflow Development: Design and develop cutting-edge AI workflows for eligibility verification and claims processing, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Build AI Agents: Develop intelligent AI agents using LLM frameworks to automate complex tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance overall system performance.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Optimization: Take ownership of Azure infrastructure, cost optimization, and performance enhancement, ensuring seamless scalability and reliability.
  • Product Architecture & Coding: Deliver high-quality APIs and data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and REST, meeting the highest standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Reliability & Automation: Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated regression testing to ensure swift issue detection and resolution, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in software development, architecture, and engineering, with expertise in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, and their respective ecosystems.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
