  • Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our modern products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps, collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver new features, owning code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects, mentoring junior engineers, and advocating for modern frontend best practices.

 

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development, in-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks, strong background in unit/automated testing and CI/CD, track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security, experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state, and familiarity with Agile methodology and effective collaboration.
