Linux System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Linux System Administrator to manage and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters, performing regular upgrades and patching of OCP environments.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of OCP clusters.
  • Provide L3 support for incidents and problems related to OpenShift, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve platform-related issues.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of OCP clusters, implementing best practices for resource allocation and management.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
