About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operations and Financial Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial reporting and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day business operations, including CMS handling, data management, and cross-team coordination.
  2. Prepare and share daily revenue and business performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  3. Update accounting records and ensure accurate financial statements are maintained.
  4. Assist in preparing and reconciling financial statements, ledgers, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Support accounts payable/receivable management and payment follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient payments.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation of finance and operations activities to facilitate transparency and accountability.
  7. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in operations and/or finance, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with exposure to CMS/ERP tools preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
