Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Manager

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced accounting professional to oversee all client financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS), with experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

\

We are looking for someone who can provide strategic guidance on financial matters, manage relationships with external auditors, and ensure the company's financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements\
  • Develop and maintain accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness\
  • Perform bank and investment account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies\
  • Manage the external audit process, providing necessary information and supporting the audit team\
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification\
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a senior role\
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS)\
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
