Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team at T&N Business Services Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business, marketing, or engineering, with a proven track record of success in the E-Commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build key customer relationships within the Retail/E-Commerce segments, identify business opportunities, and negotiate and close business deals.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the Retail/E-Commerce marketplace, including ongoing market conditions and competitive analysis reporting.
  • Manage Retail/E-Commerce segment clients with multiple opportunities across different functions, with a focus on forecast accuracy to drive sales, orders, and margin targets.
  • Engage with the KAM team and external partners to execute on our brand promise to provide innovative and efficient solutions that improve our customers' operations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years related experience in the E-Commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to utilize tools such as Microsoft Office and current research methods.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, multi-task effectively, and work well under pressure.
  • Flair to talk and convert leads to sales.
