Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in lead generation and a proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies through email and social media channels.

- Conduct cold calls and generate leads.

- Conduct research on primary and secondary lead data using Sales Navigator and other database tools.

- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop marketing content for customers and potential customers.

- Work with the creative team to develop effective messaging strategies and create compelling messaging for target clients.

- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email marketing.

- Measure results, optimize lead nurturing and email messaging workflows, and implement recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

- Confident and self-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with Sales Navigator, email marketing, and marketing tools, as well as strong analytical skills.

- Experience working with sales intelligence tools like Apollo and Lusha.

- Experience working in digital or B2B customer acquisitions, preferably with agencies.

- Previous or current experience in reaching out to prospects via email.

- Experience with using email templates and marketing automation.

- Familiarity with nurturing prospects into leads by creating message sequences.

- Basic knowledge of CRM.
