Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial management systems to drive accuracy and transparency.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Drive performance management and stakeholder engagement initiatives to align with the firm's growth goals.

Financial Management & Control

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a focus on cost optimization and value creation.

  • Manage financial/legal negotiations to reduce risks and improve deal terms.
  • Implement and enforce budget control mechanisms across the firm and portfolio companies.
  • Consolidate financial data across businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

The successful CFO will be an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset suited for a fast-paced, dynamic investment environment.

  • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
  • Review and validate financial reporting of ElevenX Capital and portfolio companies.
  • Drive financial strategies that align with the firm's growth and scaling goals.

Negotiations & Contract Oversight

The ideal candidate will be an excellent negotiator and communicator, able to manage clients, vendors, employees, and investors.

  • Partner with legal and business teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.
  • Lead and oversee team leadership and oversight initiatives to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement

The successful CFO will be responsible for driving company-wide and employee-level performance management, linking KPIs to financial outcomes.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal counsel.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to track business, team, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in investment firms, VC/PE-backed companies, or high-growth businesses.
  • Strong track record in monthly closing, FP&A, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
