Job Description

Drive investment growth as a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst. Evaluate financial data, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess financial data across asset classes (equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, alternative investments).
  2. Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, sensitivity, and scenario planning.
  3. Compose detailed investment reports and presentations for management and the investment committee.
  4. Monitor and report on portfolio performance, key metrics, and market trends.
  5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation initiatives.
  6. Conduct variance analysis on actual vs. forecasted results and recommend actionable insights.
  7. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  8. Participate in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions.
  9. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial modeling and analysis best practices.
  10. Contribute to process improvements, automation, and implementation of analytical tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, or corporate finance, preferably in an investment company, asset management, or private equity environment.
  • Strong knowledge of valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial databases is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
