
Fintech Growth Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Growth Strategy Leader to spearhead our efforts in accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our fintech products. As the lead for growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and consumer interaction with digital apps. They will also possess strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively, driving growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, and continuously identifying and integrating emerging growth opportunities.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement holistic growth strategies for our portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels. If you have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results-driven growth initiatives, we want to hear from you.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
