Senior Technical Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Expert to spearhead the development, architecture, and scalability of innovative financial technology solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful impact in financial services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of fintech products and platforms. As a Senior Technical Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performing fintech solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of engineers to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluating their applicability for future roadmap.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Technical Expert, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a senior/lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
