Job Title: Phone Communication Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Phone Communication Specialist who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling personal consultation sessions with our expert numerologists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make daily outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of numerology and personal consultation services.
  • Answer queries politely and professionally.
  • Schedule personal consultation appointments.
  • Follow up with interested leads regularly.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointment bookings.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth appointment handling.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding is a plus.
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive in approach.
  • Must have a personal smartphone and laptop with a stable internet connection.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working from home.
  • Should be target-oriented and disciplined.
Work Timings and Benefits:
  • Full-Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (6 working days per week, 1 weekly off).
  • Fixed salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month.
