We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team at AddWeb Solution Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.



Responsibilities


  • Assist in the development and implementation of client relationship strategies to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project execution.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or technology services company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
