Job Description
South United FC1 Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and driving business growth for the SUFC football programs. This individual will manage all client-facing communication, oversee sales processes, and work closely with various departments to ensure program success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including parents, guardians, and local community partners.
• Manage all external and internal communication related to the programs.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Provide personalized service and support to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements
• Proven experience in client relationship management, business development, or sales, preferably within sports or educational programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing multi-channel communications, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to broader team success.
