**Job Description:** Business Development Lead - QA and IT Services

GlobalStep is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our QA and IT Services team. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building;
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to win new business opportunities;
  • Managing and analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies;
  • Providing input on sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and revenue.

**Requirements:** 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of success in winning new business opportunities.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
