We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Walk-in Drive for control tower/claim administration at Pune.

Job Description:
  • Tower Control:
  1. Maintaining quality and meeting throughput while handling cases/requests by Stores, Customer Care Centre through emails.
  2. Processing Manual pay out, understanding on Sold-to, ship-to party etc., SO creation, good understanding on Cancellation process, checking Cancellation Report.
  3. Coordinating with Supplier to cancel PO, dealing with Hub/Store, Processing of Inventory, good understanding on stock movement, Cross-docking.
  4. Dealing with Supplier report, Expertise on checking/dealing orders with suppliers, reschedule production date/ETA, good understanding about PO, Fixing all exceptions of PO & matching Invoices with fixed PO.
Supply Chain - CT & EPOQ track:
  1. Maintaining quality and meeting throughput while handling cases/requests by Stores, Customer Care Centre through emails, Processing Manual pay out, understanding on Sold-to, ship-to party etc., SO creation, good understanding on Cancellation process, checking Cancellation Report.
  2. Coordinate the product flow within all parties involved (transporters, customer service, stores, hubs and warehouses) to meet the team goals and KPIs.
  3. Managing of warehouse inventories and return to stores, daily communication via email with all parties involved.
  4. Ensure that requirements from business partners are fulfilled on time and in requested quality, Find, investigate and fix all exceptions arising from systems.
After Sales Claim administration:
  1. Good understanding on claim processing, creating claims/tickets, dealing with supplier, credit note handling investigation, follow up on credit note.
  2. Booking Credit Note Creation of Manual RFC (request for credit) match RFC to credit, categorize of items refund process. Idea on debit note.
  3. Provide/process refund to store n franchise, dealing with supplier, refund process for damaged products fixit tickets idea on credit note.
  4. Working experience in SAP, English communication skills both written and verbal, The ability to work within a deadline focused environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Basic understanding on inbound and outbound Supply Chain activities.
  • Sales Order fulfilment experience would be added one.
  • Coordination with different departments/units etc. - Inbound and Outbound side (Supplie/Warehouse/Hubs/CCC /Logistics etc.).
  • Basic understanding on Inventory management.
  • SAP Knowledge would be preferred.
