Job Overview

The Executive Leader will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Equity / Stock Market and a proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve revenue targets and strengthen client relationships.

In addition, the Executive Leader will develop and implement plans to identify new business opportunities, including cross-selling products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, SGBs, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage teams to ensure capability building and performance delivery.
  • Guide teams to acquire new client relationships and create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Enforce company rules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the region.
  • Manage Customer Service Executives to ensure smooth branch operations, customer satisfaction, and regular branch visits.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the Equity / Stock Market, and the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
