Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Telesales Executive to join our team at Ealamiun Resource (India)Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer relationships.
Job Description:The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the market and be able to identify new business opportunities. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively negotiate with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention
- Cold Calling: Conduct regular cold calls to prospect new clients and increase sales revenue
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field; 6 months - 1 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; proficiency in CRM software
- Competitive Salary: ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,50,000 per annum based on performance
- Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for meeting sales targets
- Overtime Pay: Paid overtime for extended working hours
