We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to manage end-to-end employee benefits processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage NPS enrollments, advances, and employee reimbursements.
- Oversee health and insurance enrollments, claims processing, and renewals.
- Administer meals and fuel card programs for employees.
- Evaluate compliance with regulatory and organizational policies related to benefits.
- Validate benefits deductions and ensure familiarity with payroll processing and cutoff dates.
- Utilize tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow to manage benefits processes.
- Leverage reporting and analytics features in these tools to monitor benefits performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 4-7 years of experience in India benefits administration.
- Mandatory proficiency in Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Native-level English proficiency with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Able to lead meetings and engage employees effectively.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
- Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work 24/7 shift timings.
- Able to deliver effective training sessions.
