Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the Senior Credit Fund Accounting Team in a senior-level capacity. This role involves directing all closed-ended fund accounting operations, collaborating closely with client's Fund Administrators, Relationship Managers, and Operations Heads within the U.S.

The team is responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services for Private Credit Funds. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Private Credit Funds, specifically within the financial services sector.

  • Lead fund administrators and team members, ensuring precise and efficient delivery of fund accounting services.
  • Manage various funds, including Private Equity Credit Funds.
  • Handle intricate P&L allocations across multiple entities within fund structures (Master-Feeder, SPVs, Blockers).
  • Support teams in performing waterfall calculations and ensure their accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with mandated operational procedures and checklists.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members.
  • Oversee task allocation and delegation to ensure optimal team efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within fund accounting operations.
  • Manage team capacity to support new business growth.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for client inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external counterparts.
  • Participate in new business pitches and assist in resource planning for service delivery.
  • Contribute to projects and product development initiatives within fund accounting.
