Job Title: Fund Accounting Professional

As a Fund Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for performing and reviewing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual fund accounting functions as assigned.

  • Accounting and Reporting: Perform/review daily, monthly, quarterly and annual fund accounting functions, including account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance and preparation of financial statements.
  • Cash Management: Coordinate with different teams to perform various daily/monthly/quarterly tasks related to cash management, including monitoring the status of aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution by following up with various stakeholders as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Act as the primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team, ensuring that they meet the expected quality standards.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure all the deliverables are achieved as per defined timelines and with expected quality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform root cause analysis of problems and escalate to manager as needed.
  • Keep the client informed about expected delays and reasons thereof on a timely manner along with a plan of action.
  • Participate in calls/meetings between team, client to help set expectations right and document the same to clear any understanding gaps.
