Job Description

We are looking for a skilled individual to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.

  • Manage EPF challan generation processes.
  • Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions.
  • Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports.
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities

EPF Operations Management: Manage EPF challan generation processes, handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions, respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution, perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions, conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations, prepare and file statutory reports, and ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.

Requirements

Qualifications: At least 2+ years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations, strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws, proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Work Experience

At least 3 Years' experience in PF Trust & payroll operations. Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
