Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes. This role involves ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, processed, and reported in a timely manner.

This includes managing customer relationships, monitoring cash flow, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable statements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the accounts payable and receivable team.
  • Develop and implement financial procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow and make recommendations to improve working capital.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in accounts payable and receivable. They will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
