Senior Accounting Manager

Job Opportunity
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in record-to-report accounting processes, a deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends and industry dynamics. They should have outstanding ability to forge strong partnerships across the organization to provide insights and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ad-hoc projects initiated by leadership.
- Assist with drafting procedures, training as part of transition efforts in the first 6-12 months.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with finance senior leadership.
- Identify and manage training and upskilling of local team members.
- Hold self and others to timelines, quality and accuracy.
- Articulate material risks and opportunities and take an active role in designing and executing response or contingency plans.
Requirements
- Core R2R controllership experience for large organizations.
- Leading transitions and transformations, innovations.
- Digital finance experience.
- Managed senior stakeholders globally.
- CA or CPA certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
