Job Title: Data Scientist

The primary function of this role is to apply advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to drive business value.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working with large datasets, identifying trends, and developing predictive models to inform business decisions.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Your expertise in statistical modeling, data visualization, and communication will be essential in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis and visualization using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
  • Development and deployment of machine learning models using scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
  • Collaboration with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines.
  • Communication of insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, including 2+ years of experience in data science or operations research.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure or GCP.
  • Familiarity with optimization methodologies and linear/integer/nonlinear programming.
  • CRISP-DM project delivery experience and Agile project management knowledge.
